Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on IACG – Indian Art & Craft Gallery, PIACGS ART AND CRAFT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“IACG”, “Company”, “Platform”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Buyer

• Buyers may cancel an order before it is shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted, and the buyer must follow the return process.

Cancellation by Seller or IACG

IACG reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of Platform policies

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

Return Policy

• IACG offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if:
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product received does not match the description
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

Certain handcrafted or customized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

1. Submit a return request via the IACG app or website within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide clear images or videos, if requested, to support the claim.
3. Upon approval, return instructions will be shared.

Failure to follow the return process may result in rejection of the request.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and verified.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines:
  • 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Digital or downloadable content
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Seller Settlement

• Seller payments are released only after the 7-day return period ends.
• In case of approved returns or cancellations, settlement amounts may be adjusted accordingly.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges may be allowed at the discretion of the seller and IACG.
• Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:
  • The return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The cancellation is initiated by IACG

Fraud & Abuse

IACG reserves the right to:

• Reject return or refund requests suspected of misuse
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activities

Policy Updates

• IACG reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
• Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

Grievance Redressal

In compliance with Indian regulations, grievances may be raised at:

Governing Law
